Media, Technique (up to 30.11.2010)
Kindly let us know
which kind of media you require for your presentation (max. duration:
25 minutes). Please find attached the corresponding
answering-form speakers
info 2. page).
2. Overnight-stay (up to 30.11.2010)
If you need hotel
accommodation for the time of the conference, we will be pleased to
book a room for you in a Hotel in Iserlohn. The costs for this will
obviously go to our expense. (See attached answering form speakers info 2.
page)
3. Presentations with
pictures and graphics (up to 01.03.2011)
Please submit your
presentation as a data file (Word or PageMaker) to the ISK. Please also
save graphics and pictures separately and send them attached. As the
handbooks for the conference will be printed in German and English
please make sure that the graphics are labelled bilingual. The ISK will
pay a compensation of EUR 300,- for your translation. If you decide not
to do the translation yourself, the ISK will commission an external
translation
bureau.
4. Passport
Photo (up to 01.03.2011)
For the preparation of the documents for
the conference we require a passport photo of each speaker.
5.
Submitting of presentations / printout (up to 05.11.2008)
For the preparation
of the interpreters it is necessary for us to receive a printout of
your presentation.
